Enjoy an easy start to the day and dine-in for breakfast. Our recently revamped dining room provides a bright and modern space in which to enjoy your morning, with views of the Botanic Gardens providing the perfect backdrop.

We understand that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially if you’re in town for work or have a day of sightseeing ahead. We have options to suit everyone, beginning with a fantastic range of cereals, croissants, chilled fruit juices and porridge, as well as selections of oatcakes with cheese.

If you’d like something more substantial then opt for the Full Scottish Breakfast. A varied plate-full of traditional favourites including grilled bacon, pork and beef sausages, black pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns and fried bread. Choose your own style of eggs from scrambled, poached, fried or boiled. Along with the above, enjoy fresh toast with marmalade or jam, and a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee or choose from a selection of Twinnings tea infusions.

Breakfast is served early for your convenience from 7:30 – 9:30 Monday to Saturday, and from 8:00 – 10:00 on Sundays.
