EXCELLENT Based on 920 reviews Posted on Arlene SVerified Great value and location. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for a visit I had a triple apartment with fully equipped kitchen and shower room. There was a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and full cooker. The shower was hot and very powerful. The room was warm and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and the area was also quiet. The only noise I heard were guests returning after a night out but as soon as they went into their room it was quiet. The location is great, right next to the Botanic gardens and handy for Tesco express, Waitrose etc. 2 bus journeys took about 45 minutes to the airport. I can't recommend this place highly enough and it's great value.Posted on SWheeler1976Verified Lovely hotel Lovely hotel, easy to get to, nice rooms, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast On site parking is a bonus too Perfect if you are wanting to be in Glasgow's West End but also easy to walk to the main city as well. I would definitely recommend this hotelPosted on martin tVerified Excellent Glasgow Hotel Great location for the City and the University. A good three star hotel, very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Limited parking is available, which is useful as we did not need the car to find good close by Restaurants. Well decorated and maintainedPosted on Clare WVerified Welcoming and kind. Neil and all at the Ambassador were welcoming and kind during my recent stay. I really appreciated their care as had travelled length of UK alone for family funeral. I had a safe place to park, the hotel is right beside the beautiful river and Botanic Gardens. Many thanks.Posted on Cormac KVerified Lovely quaint hotel Quaint spotlessly clean Hotel, friendly staff, modern clean bathroom, only issue mattresses also need updating twin room I booked had 2 old lumpy mattresses but I’m sure this will be forthcoming given the high presentation of the hotel, Situated in a nice part of the city next to the Botanical gardens and the Oran Mor church events venuePosted on Venture05496820977Verified Neill a gentleman My wife took ill while we were on a weekend break had to be rushed to hospital so I had to extend my stay I choose this hotel lovely clean hotel staff were lovely Niell went above and beyond to help a lad under stress while his wife was in hospital I would like to thank him for all.hos kindness didn't go unnoticed a credit to the hotelPosted on Nick AVerified Lovely hotel Lovely hotel, the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. The room was very nice, beds very comfortable, great shower. The hotel was in a quiet area, and very peaceful. We travel all over the UK with work, and this was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in.Posted on Anne HVerified Great for a single traveller Very comfortable and clean single room with view over the botanic gardens . Felt very safe lovely breakfast freshly cooked . 10 mins from buses into Glasgow and the subway stations on Byres Rd and at Kelvin bridge . Easy to use 10 mins to city centre . Cafes bars and shops in west end in easy reach .Posted on Giovanni MVerified Cozy place in Glasgow's West End The hotel is really nice. It is located in a quiet road, close to the botanic garden. The room was relatively small and basic but with all what I need. It was also very clean. The bathroom was ok, only the washbasin was really small. Excellent breakfast.Posted on Jaime JVerified Good hotel in Glasgow We arrived very late at night after the hotel staff had gone home. Their communication with us was above and beyond though! They emailed me to confirm what time we would be there and they left our keys and room number info for us at the front entrance so we could check ourselves in. We had 2 rooms here, a single room and a double room. While the rooms were very small, they were comfortable and clean. We were pleased with our one night stay here. The hotel is located on a very quiet beautiful street, walking distance to restaurants and the university.
