Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. We were given an apartment at the rear of the building, which had a small kitchen area , very handy if on a longer stay.Verified

The location is perfect, with the beautiful Botanic Gardens and the buzz of the West End shops, cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. The welcome at the Ambassador is always warm and the rooms are reliably clean and comfortable, representing great value for money. jacqui r2024-03-18Gorgeous little gem! What a fantastic find!! Immaculately clean and had a great location. Comfy beds, pillows and quilts, ample room to manoeuvre about the bedroom. Bathroom had a large shower, towels but no toiletries. House keeping popped in everyday, lovely surprise. Breakfast fantastic value for money. Huge choice of items on the menu. Staff were all polite attentive and helped out in anyway including ordering taxis, directions and fun facts in the area. Well done! Very reasonably priced will be back....Verified

But more so because its quiet and staff are amazing nothing is a problem. Very clean and great breakfast ..can't ask for more. We will definitely be back in the summer months as ot has a lovely seating area out back and good parking .

We appreciated the extra room and quiet being off the street. Unfortunately very few channels available on the tv due to satellite difficulties? Not sure. Still had a marvelous time. Would book here again. Great location near botanical gardens!
