Amazing Hotel The hotel and Apartments were absolutely immaculate, very modern, early check in and ideal location from where we were heading, will definitely return next year. We had a triple room in the annex which was huge, included kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities and a very modern bathroom. Friends had a twin room next door which again was very modern and clean ❤️

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the bars and restaurants in the West End we booked last minute for one night as we were going for a Xmas Night out in the West End. We were able use the car park (which is a tight drive into to it) but saved us parking fees which was great. We stayed in room 16 which is at the top of the building it was lovely and fresh and clean had everything we needed and is perfect if you are wanting to visit the west end, would stay again

Great overnight stay. I only stayed one night, but the room was great with a leisurely check-out time, good WiFi and a very friendly person on reception. A good price, decent sized room (I was on the second floor, no lift), and nice family-run feel to the place. The smell of breakfast as I descended the stairs made me wish I'd booked it!

Excellent stay Stayed one night for a nearby wedding. Staff were excellent. Breakfast delicious. Rooms clean. Has a private car park which is excellent given limited street parking. It snowed overnight when I stayed and was unable to get my car out the car park. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave the car for a second night even although I wasn't a guest at the hotel free of charge.

Very nice stay. Hotel was located close to a lot of restaurants, pubs and the University of Glasgow. Service at hotel was great. Room was great. Very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was not being made aware that we had to book the breakfast the day before.

Great location and value Very conveniently located for West end venues. Pleasant staff, great sized room which was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Room was cool but quickly heated up. Modern bathroom with great shower. Didn’t have breakfast but did find smell of cooking was strong in reception. Parking was a bonus for city centre. Thought great value for money and would def stay again

Ok stay for a one night stop over Comfortable and clean, good check in and friendly staff. Booked a single room which was small but ok for what I needed. Breakfast was ok but all was pre cooked and microwaved for service. Shower head was far too high for a wee person and the holder was broken so the shower head had to be held which was not ideal. Overall, not a bad stay, a little overpriced for the entire experience but ok for a one night stay over to see friends.

Really friendly staff and helpful. Room had great view over river. Parking was an experience down a tight lane but free to use and the reason we used this hotel as Parking is difficult in this area.

Booked a single bed and it was a perfect size with a decent bathroom (shower only), and it was quiet. Most importantly to me was that the room had a radiator that I could control. I didn't really need anything from the staff but they were really friendly and checked in with how my stay was when we spoke. The location is fantastic and great for getting around Glasgow (5-10 minute walk to the subway), but also easy to drive and they have free parking. The lane to the hotel car park is not easy to spot though and is quite narrow. I'd definitely stay again.

I have been staying at the Ambassador for over five years and have never been disappointed. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are consistently clean and of course, the location in the West End of Glasgow is perfect.

My second stay in this hotel in the West End of Glasgow. A great location next to the Botanics and Byres Road. A very friendly welcome. A basic but clean and well maintained room. A good breakfast. Generous check in/out times. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend. There’s limited on site parking (around the back), but this time I used public transport. It’s roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the Subway.

The staff were welcoming, the room was clean, comfy beds and a good shower. The location is perfect for the west end and lovely walks in the park directly opposite. Plenty cafes, restaurants and little independent shops close by. We would stay again.
