September is a month when we all tend to fall back into own respective routines, after the glow of summer vibes start to fade into the background. The school run and daily commute injects us with the feeling of facing the long autumn and winter evenings ahead, and the weeks on the calendar through to Christmas seem so very long.

Spooktacular 7th-31st October, Silverburn Glasgow
A fairground festival located in the carpark of Silverburn shopping centre, thrill seekers will love this event. For one ticket price, you can enjoy 4 hours of unlimited rides. Limited availability.
GlasGLOW 26th Oct – 13th November, Glasgow Botanic Gardens
This is SO much fun and is an evening event only. Battle dinosaurs that come to life, and prepare to be amazed (with goosebumps) in ‘The Land That Time Forgot’ Mmwwhhhhaaaaa
Scarefest at the Riverside Museum 15th-31st October
This is one of the most family friendly events available for people of all ages to enjoy. Enter the horror marquee if you dare! Then, enjoy some toffee apples, marshmallows, and more Halloween fare to help reduce your heart rate to normal.
